There is plenty of room for improvement when it comes to employee engagement when currently 68 percent of employees are either disengaged or actively disengaged.
There is plenty of evidence as to the benefits of having a highly engaged, excited and empowered teams, yet still, too many companies only pay lip service about creating engagement.
