Jessica Federman is an executive coach who specializes in leader motivation, employee experience and engagement, and organizational culture to achieve company objectives. It is her mission to support the creation of organizational cultures where espoused and enacted values align; where leaders and employees feel connected, inspired and empowered; and where everyone can be their true selves as they work towards achieving the organizational mission and goals.

Jess’s approach to coaching and organization development comes from the perspective she’s gained as both a front-line staff member and a member of management over the course of her career, in a variety of industries, including health care and education. Prior to becoming a coach and organization development practitioner, Jess worked in the corporate, small-business and not-for-profit sectors as a strategic communications and management professional for more than 20 years. She has also taught undergraduate courses at Goucher College and Bucks County Community College.

Jess holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University, where her research focused on the impact of hierarchical dynamics, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety on organizational culture. She has completed the Coaching Leader Program through Saint Joseph’s University and Group Works Global Consulting, an ACTP accredited training program by the International Coaching Federation. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Goucher College.
